The staff was both friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated within a short walk to the city centre. The room was clean (I really appreciated that!), and it had a super comfy bed. Breakfast had great food preparation.

The air conditioning did not work at all. The room was hot and uncomfortable to sleep and get dressed in. A fan did little to help. i also had to pay £10 a night to park the car.

the staff were really helpful. they assisted with directions and local information. the room was very clean. the included breakfast offered a decent variety of options, with hot and cold selections.

the room had limited storage space for clothing. only one shelf and a clothes rail were available. the air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently. the windows could not be fully opened because of safety restrictions.

The breakfast service felt understaffed. Several times i had to wait for plates to be replenished. the cooked food wasn't always hot enough, it was barely lukewarm some mornings. one morning there were no croissants at all, and the staff didn't seem to notice or care. the gym was quite small and lacked basic equipment like adjustable dumbbells!

the staff were friendly enough at check-in it was a quick process i suppose

the room itself was a bit rough around the edges the shower had this weird sputtering issue it barely trickled water out it reminded me of a cheap rain simulator the car park situation is a joke too paying extra only to fight for a space is ridiculous i ended up parking down the road hoping my car wouldn't get a surprise makeover overnight
